Country cheeses, olive oil, brilliantly red tomatoes dripping with delicious juice, plates heaped high with tasty fruit are served with great care and attention.
Fishermen from the local village of San Lawrenz supply freshly caught fish for the barbecue buffet in the Gazebo garden. There are also two pool bars, a coffee shop and lounge with a sundown cocktail terrace and the finest pastries on the island as well as 24-hour room service.
